As the person registering for the event, I acknowledge I have reviewed this form with each passenger, and each passenger listed below has agreed to the terms and conditions. EACH PASSENGER MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN THE PRE-REGISTRATION FORM THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

The undersigned, (on my own behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns), for and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in a “Ride”, or other designated all-terrain vehicles meet, sponsored by Elk County Riders ATV and their families, for other valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, releases and discharges all landowners, leased landowners, any emergency service provider and any business associated with this “Ride” from any and all claims and demands, rights and causes of action of any kind whatsoever which I have or later may have resulting from or arising out of my participation in any said event.

I am aware that riding an ATV involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: injuries related to a fall from the ATV, rough terrain, or injuries caused by negligence of other persons participating in the ride. This Release extends to any and all claims I have or may have against the released parties whether such claims result from negligence on the part of any or all of the released parties with respect to the events or respect to the conditions, qualifications, instructions, rules or procedures under which the events are conducted or from any other cause.

I will not litter on the trail and will dispose of any trash in the proper trash cans located at any of the designated stops along the trail. I also understand it is dangerous to consume alcohol or use drugs and ride an ATV. The event coordinators request that no alcohol or drugs be consumed during the event. I will ride in a safe and appropriate manner at all times. ALL ATV LAWS MUST BE FOLLOWED. I understand it is my responsibility to understand these laws and be compliant with them. By registering for this event, I understand this DOES NOT exempt me from any of these laws.

By signing this Release, I certify that I have read this Release and the Event Rules and fully understand them and that I am not relying on any statements or representations of anyone released thereby.

I further certify that I fully understand this Release and acknowledge that I am waiving my rights to file a lawsuit or to make a claim for physical injury or damages of any kind whatsoever resulting from my participation in this event.
